A month or so ago I was exiting from the Post Office at 9 th and Market Streets. I was holding the door for a Mother and her two toddler's that were also exiting with me ... when this 'gentleman'  ... caught my eye. He was exposing himself to everyone that was walking past him; I blocked his 'vision of loveliness' from the two toddler's view. I literally jumped at the opportunity to ' immotalize ' as best I could, this 'gentleman's' aroused penis, in all of its' engourged regalia and glory... for all who might view herein.
